Urgent need - immediate start. Temp to perm role Your new company A lifestyle brand is looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their modern office in Runcorn. Your new role You will be responsible for liaising with customers - taking emails, phone calls and live chats from customers and delivering exceptional customer experience. You will advise on products and manage social media. What is more, you will cooperate with other company's departments, adhere to compliance and GDPR policies as well as represent the brand. What you'll need to succeed My client is looking for skilled candidates with experience in target-driven environments and contact centres. What is more, you will need to have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. Ideally, you will have proven track of experience in live chats.
