Your new role You will be responsible for dealing with customers by phone and e-mail as well as managing a team of Customer Service Advisors. You will be expected to drive team performance, ensure targets and KPI's are met, monitor staff performance and make sure all processes in the department are effective. What you'll need to succeed You need to have extensive customer service experience and background in team management. High level of accuracy, excellent numeracy and good communication skills are required.
