Job Title - Senior Data Entry Clerk Location - Cardiff Rates - £153.78 LTD/Umbrella £134.27 PAYE In Scope of IR35 About the role / project: Network Rail are looking for 2 Senior Data Entry Clerk to come in and join the team based in Cardiff. You will be working as part of the planning team who manage Line Blockage Utilisation projects. The Planning team will send the Signalling team Blockage requests, the Signalling team will then put in place these Line Blockages. The Signalling team will then report what they used the Line Blockage for and how it was used. These reporting's will then be sent back to the Planning team and you as the Planning Assistant will be responsible for managing this data. You will be making sure all data is tracked effectively on a team spreadsheet. This data will then be analysed at a national level. What you will do: Assist the Delivery Unit Planning team as directed. Assist in the production of the Delivery Unit Period Possession Plan and resource schedules. Submit and process a variety of Access and Resource Planning requests in compliance with agreed processes and procedures. Accurately input, update and maintain relevant planning systems and records as required. Liaise with external and internal contacts across functions in relation to the planning requests. Assist in the preparation of reports as required.
