Alongside excellent communication skills, good organisational skills and food industry knowledge the successful candidate will have: Market monitoring of key ingredients within the whole supply chain Managing tenders with existing and new suppliers Order tracking and delivery monitoring Supply chain customer management Management of stock and SLAs Management of stock/products associated to menu management, seasonality and changes in demand Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong Customer service Good IT skills
