Commercial Litigation Solicitor A new role has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a very highly regarded international law firm based in Birmingham. The role of Commercial Litigation Solicitor will support an established team of talented litigators. The ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have a strong academic background and will be training with a strong regional or national law firm that has a solid reputation in disputes work. You will have acted on matters such as shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, breach of warranty, IT and IP disputes. Experience of acting for public sector clients on contentious procurement matters would be desirable but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a team at an exciting stage of its development.
