Overview

My client is a Global leader in their field, and they have an opportunity for an HR Administrator to join them on a temporary basis for initially 3 months. Providing professional support and ensuring there is a high level of cooperation between Human Resources Management and all associates on all sites is key. Major Responsibilities Provision of administrative support within the HR Department i.e. management and upkeep of HR Information Systems and Time Management System Maintenance of hard filing system and paperwork with responsibility for data input, tracking and retrieval of KPI information as and when required. Supporting the Senior HR Generalist with recruitment activities to ensure timely placement of qualified and capable associates. This will cover the entire recruitment spectrum from compiling job descriptions, liaising with recruiting bodies, and arranging interviews. Support the setup of onboarding/induction programmes for new associates and supporting the monitoring process throughout the probationary period. Including the preparation of contracts and probation reviews Provide timely KPI reports and dashboards for the HR Manager Partner with the HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist in driving key HR initiatives on site Help to drive continuous improvement across the HR department Ensure all Admin processes within the department are completed on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to the highest standard and drive data integrity Competencies Strong communication skills High levels of initiative, self-motivation and energy. Highly organised with an ability to work effectively to deadlines. A high attention to detail with an ability to follow through on commitments.
