HR Officer, Croydon, £28,000 - £32,000 a fantastic pension scheme and company benefits Your new company A organisation who is a market leader within their industry and pride themselves on delivering outstanding customer service. You will be joining a well established organisation based close to central Croydon. This is a 13 month contact with a possibility of the role going permanent. Your new role You will be working in a HR team, focusing on managing visa sponsorship programs and complex ER cases relating to a multi site organisation. Along side doing a Generalist HR role, taking on projects and supporting the larger HR team. What you'll need to succeed Be a HR Generalist, with a proven track record of working in a team managing visa Sponsorship, proven complex ER experience and hold a CIPD 5.
