Our client operates across the UK and has demonstrated strong financial performance over the last year during uncertainty with the economy, furthermore the expected trajectory over 2020 is very encouraging - this customer centric business is focused on taking more market share from their competitors over the next three years and is on track to do so. The Requirement The Finance Performance Manager will report into the Head of Finance and will be expected to be innovative and pragmatic in their approach to work by providing financial reporting, analysis and support to the multi site operations leadership team. The Finance Performance Manager will partner with the management team to provide them insight and challenges, that will drive improved sales and margin performance and cost efficiency. Type of Person Our client is looking for a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA commercially focused accountant who is capable of cutting through the noise to find and present critical performance drivers. It is crucial that the successful applicant has Solid Business Partnering skills with proven ability to drive down cost/improve sales.
