Overview

Award winning FMCG client offering Assistant Accountant role to work in Chiswick Your new company Innovative and award winning FMCG client with great work culture and ethic based in West London Your new role Reporting to Senior Finance Manager this is a varied role covering both sides of the ledger. You will be taking ownership of the accounts payable function, including dealing with expenses, processing purchase orders, and ensuring payments are paid within agreed terms. Dealing with accounts accounts receivable including sales invoices and debtors control. Cash management - bank reconciliations, posting of receipts. Management of the asset register. Intercompany reconciliations, and month end processes - accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and VAT returns. Dealing with the P11D's ad P46's (company car). Systems used are Navision and Excel - experience of both is essential. What you'll need to succeed You will have strong double entry skills - both accounts payable and receivable, accruals,prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns and if possible P11D's and P46's although this is not essential. Also it is really key that you have experience both of Navision and Pivot Tables, Vlookups - a test will be given This a great team so personality fit and attitude is so important. It is also preferred that you have some qualifications - AAT, ACCA or CIMA What you'll get in return Great career prospects working in a team of 4 thus very hands on and close knit. Fantastic pension of 8%, 21 days holidays plus 3-4 days off for Christmas closure. After 6 months work from home two days per week. Additional benefits include events which include hotel stays (some abroad). There is also a discretionary bonus of up to 12%.
