Job Description A well-established insurance company is looking for an analytics professional to deliver cutting-edge solutions and partner with business stakeholders in their London office. Role & Responsibilities Liaising with multiple business stakeholders to propose data-driven solutions and lead the development of these models Embedding innovative practises in end-to-end data science projects and developments in technology Join a fast-growing team of data scientists, analysts and engineers and working closely with the global analytics team Significant role in mentoring and training junior members of the team Shaping the advanced analytics capabilities for the future as the business expands rapidly Skills & Qualifications Extensive experience of embedding data science solutions in a commercial setting Proficient in language programming such as Python and R Innovative approach to building data-led solutions using machine learning algorithms Solid knowledge of using decision trees, Bayesian statistics, clustering, time-series modelling and other similar techniques Hands-on experience working on data science modelling within complex data sets and programming languages Benefits Generous bonus of over 20% dependant on performance
