Overview
My client, a medium size company, is on the hunt for an ambitious, driven and committed finance person to join their team. Some financial duties will include but not limited to: management of Nominal and Purchase ledger functions creating monthly management accounts with variances and comments to tight timetable for two trading companies control accounts and supporting accounting information support and review of spend versus budgets and forecasts for each of the department managers preparation of quarterly and year end packs to Group timetable assist with audit queries and manage the smooth running of the annual audit preparation of key analysis to support the tax computations expense management control Key Skills: Sage experience (essential) Good Knowledge of Excel This is a hands on role spending time getting to know the business and providing support and cover in all areas of finance. Excellent Excel skills and an easy going personality are prerequisites as are an innate commercial awareness and an inquiring mind.
