Learning & Development Coordinator / Competitive Salary Your new company I have recently registered a new and exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to join a well- established organisation based in Newcastle. My client is a well-known, global organisation who are currently on the market for an experienced L&D Coordinator who is looking to hit the ground running and be with them in the long run. Your new role As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will work directly with multiple offices coordinating training courses and preparing invitations while liaising with 3rd party suppliers. You will also be responsible for the following: Maintain the electronic records through the LMS (Learning Management System) and running reports Delivering programmes and ensure successful execution of all programmes Administration duties; Organising courses, and training material is delivered directly L&D materials are sent to the specific regions electronically Coordinating L&D programmes Lead post-course review meetings What you'll need to succeed You will have the following skills/experience: Excellent communication and administration skills Management and prioritisation skills within a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Experience within an L&D team What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
