Overview
The company; My client is a fantastic service organisation with a true social purpose, currently undergoing a significant period of change and transformation. The role; We are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Specialist for a period of 18 months on a part time basis (22 hours per week to be worked flexibly). Working in partnership with the wider L&OD and HR teams, the L&D Specialist will make the most of new technology to support the implementation of the new LMS and develop eLearning content. This is a really exciting role that will give candidates access to new technology as well as retaining an element of delivery and facilitation. Key elements of the role include; supporting the implementation of the new LMS including administration and training colleagues designing content for eLearning delivering soft skills training facilitating technical training alongside subject matter experts analysing data and identifying training needs across the organisation The person: To be considered for this role you must be an experienced a Learning & Development professional with demonstrable experience of the whole training cycle from TNA through to design and delivery. You will have experience of working with new technology including LMS and software such as Powtoon. You will be creative and able to come up with new innovative solutions to suite the needs of the colleagues and the business.
