Lead Case Specialist Location: Brighton Salary Circa £45k depending on experience Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hour week. You will be directing cases from the initial received complaint, then designing your best process for efficient handling and presenting that to stakeholders for effective resolution management. It's a great opportunity for you to make your mark in a nationally recognised institute Your Background: To do this role, you'll have the confidence and experience in liaising with the relevant parties involved in a case management or complaints process. We really need somebody who thrives when it comes to developing processes. Being a natural problem solver with the ability to analyse and assess information that leads to an efficient resolution process is key. If you're handling a portfolio of cases in your current day to day role that involves taking a complaint and seeing it through, then this could be for you. As the lead within the team you won't be a stranger to coaching and mentoring colleagues within your circle. If you have management experience then great, if not then don't worry, as long as you're enthusiastic about leading a team. We'd like you to have an excellent understanding of a complaints handling processes, from submission to resolution - we are open to type of experience and industry you have worked within, but we do need somebody experienced to take this lead role within the team.
