Description Manage the workload of the Payable team, and train new staff. Ensuring workload is appropriately distributed and handled by the team Supervise and mentor your team, regular 1-2-1s, annual reviews, identifying opportunities to improve team performance Recruitment of new staff when required Process payable invoices in various currencies and raise sales invoices and credit notes Process cash receipts and payments Ensure invoices and expenses requests are correctly calculates, approved and coded Oversee expenses and credit card processes Investigate and resolve queries as required Oversee bank reconciliation process Key point of contact when liaising with teams internally Assist the FC and Accountants when required Profile Experience within successfully managing and leading a team in AP Demonstrate knowledge and experience of AP process Experience in a multi currency environment Job Offer Competitive salary great benefits
