YMCA DOWNSLINK GROUP Digital Services Development Lead Brighton & Hove Fixed Term Contract 37 Hours per week £40,070 per annum We are recruiting a Development Lead to oversee a portfolio of projects under our innovative and rapidly expanding e-wellbeing Digital Mental Health Strategy. The postholder will be responsible for developing and launching digital products and services that are at the cutting edge of the industry in supporting and improving wellbeing outcomes for children and young people. This work will take place across Sussex. The portfolio will include developing our existing, online platform in the delivery of online therapy, expanding digital materials in the platform for mental health services to utilise and launching a new website that allows young people to explore their own mental health needs more effectively. The postholder will also be responsible for designing and developing new products and services in response to the needs to the population. Alongside this work the postholder will be responsible for developing relationships with external services and marketing a range of products to new providers. Applicants must have extensive experience in operational management, excellent IT skills and a good knowledge of marketing and communications. Experience of working children and young people and digital products is desirable. It is important that service user’s feedback is embedded in the development and delivery of services and that we create opportunities for young people to participate in co-production opportunities. The postholder will oversee the production of joint quarterly reports and any other monitoring information as required by commissioners, stakeholders, funders and other appropriately interested parties. You will need a proven knowledge of relevant Local and National Government mental health strategies, substantial experience of managing children & young people’s services, and hold a relevant professional qualification.
