Overview
Assistant Manager opportunity within Corporate Finance / M&A offering long term career progression and exposure to a wide range of transaction work. THE COMPANY A full solution Chartered Accountancy & Advisory Practice with a very active Corporate Finance Advisory team operating at small and mid-market deal level (£1m - £20m deal values). The firm's Corporate Finance team advises entrepreneurs and mid-market corporate clients on a wide range of deals including Disposals, Mergers, Acquisitions, MBO's and Capital Raising transactions. THE OPPORTUNITY As Assistant Manager you will be part of a small growing team, supporting a Partner with the development and delivery of the Corporate Finance offering and gaining experience in all areas of deal planning, execution and negotiation. As your experience develops you will progress onto leading all projects and transactions under supervision of the Partner. Key duties will include: Assisting with Lead Advisory work on small and mid-market transactions Handling research work on acquisition targets and buyers and preparing Information Memorandum Managing a range of deliverables including forecasts, financial models, analysis reports, proposals and pitches Providing support to Partner in meetings with clients and funders Business Development work within the Advisory, Funding and Investment communities You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, fast-track career progression to Corporate Finance Manager and exposure to a variety of interesting work.
