Your New Salary: c£40k plus good benefit Location: Central London Who You'll Be Working for: A Chinese company’s oversea branch About the job: The Systems Administrator is responsible for all aspects of systems administration for the IT infrastructure. Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation, and monitoring tasks on Network Devices, PC Servers, Storage and other related IT equipment, and be responsible for the IT Policy, Procedure and Operation Manual. Provides help desk support and developing user manual as required. What You'll be Doing Each Day: Coordinate and participate in key process improvements for all environments throughout the organisation. Installation, configuration, maintenance of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019. Installation, configuration and maintenance of VMware ESXi. Experience with designing and implementing Active Directory and related services DNS, DHCP, DFS and GPOs. Experience with Network management. Experience with Storage management. Ensure that information security comply with established policies, standards. Knowledge of disaster recovery methods and procedures. Willingness to participate in on-call rotation during out of office hours and weekends. Perform preventative maintenance as plan. Renew the IT Policy, Procedure, Operation Manual and Configuration Guidelines annually. Communicate and coordinate with service providers to fulfil the availability, reliability, and scalability of Comms’ Room, Dedicated Circuits, Internet Circuits, Network, Storage, PC server, Systems etc. Maintains an ongoing in-depth level of professional development to enhance technical skills, communication skills, business knowledge and knowledge of IT products The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: Good working experience as IT System Administrator. Solid experience of management of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, File Server. Good knowledge on TCP/IP and networking management, and the ability to configure Cisco Switch, Router, Firewall, wireless device. Thorough experience of VMware software. Office help-desk support experience. Experience in Finance sector preferable. Fluency both in verbal and written communications in Mandarin preferred.
