Do you have a real passion for data and using data to drive positive business change? If so, this is for you The Opportunity Our client is looking for an innovative data leader, who understands that data is an asset. Reporting directly into the CTO, the successful candidate will work closely with third parties and external stakeholders to provide robust analytical solutions. You will utilise fact-based insight to impact customers on a global scale and you will be driving the value of data across the organisation. Alongside the overall data strategy, you will be responsible for overseeing multi-talented data teams. You will also be actively collaborating with other heads of the business and help to drive the organisation into a data powerhouse. Alongside strategic direction, you will also be required to work closely with the data systems and help contribute to the technical development. What’s needed for me to be considered? · Strong working knowledge of diverse programming frameworks (Python, SQL, R) · An excellent knowledge of machine learning, including predictive modelling and clustering · Experience working with a variety of databases, data warehousing and BI solutions · Previous experience in the financial sector would be advantageous · You will have a comprehensive understanding of modern data architecture such as cloud and distributed computing What next?
