Technical Co-ordinator (Networks) Location: The role will be based out of Barrow in Furness with some flexible / remote working available Salary: £25,000 to £32,000 D.O.E Per Annum 6% Pension, Life, Health, DiS The Client: My client is an industry leading system integrator & global powerhouse in digital transformation who are on the lookout for a confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual. This is a permanent position and represents a unique opportunity for someone to enhance their infrastructure and network support career with an awesome opportunity onsite with a prestigious and historical pioneer in British engineering and manufacturing. The Role: Reporting into the Network Engineer and to the LAN/WAN/Voice Tower Lead. The role will involve working with a small team of engineers providing LAN, WAN and Voice services across a number of sites. Essential Skills & Experience • Full driving licence • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. • Continuous support of network / telecom infrastructure including ensuring accuracy of support contracts • Capacity planning of switches and fibre, including server farm switches • Network Impact Assessment • Network allocation from LLD • Licence control • Continuous scheduling of patching for network hardware and software • Continuous monitoring for obsolescence of network hardware and software • Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed • Good planning skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines • SC clearance • Sole UK Nationality ?To apply please click the "Apply" button and follow the instructions.
