Machine Operator Location: Waterlooville, PO7 7UP Salary: £20,500 per annum Hours of Work: Mon – Fri 7:30am – 5pm About the Company Our client manufactures and supplies, quality, compliant PPE and deliver a responsive, reliable service which their customers can have confidence in. As an Machine Operator , you will ensure all aspects of the branding duties are carried out in a timely manner and the department is operating efficiently and effectively, always putting the customer first. You will be a key player within the team reporting daily to the Operations Manager. Machine Operator Responsibilities: To be an active member of staff in the logo department working on both heat press and multi-head embroidery machine. Consistently hit the departments KPI’s. Assist in maintenance of stock, including updating stock locations in the IT system, movement of stock and carrying our rolling stock counts. Assist in light warehouse duties when required. Maintaining health & safety. Machine Operator Requirements: Previous experience using an embroidery machine (beneficial) and working within a team is a requirement, at least 2 years. Positive attitude, understands the meaning of urgency Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to think quickly, provide solutions to any challenges that may arise Strong decision maker Machine Operator Benefits: Free lunch provided Join the Company bonus scheme if successfully passing probation period.
