Overview
Accounts and Facilities Administrator We have registered a unique opportunity for an Accounts and Facilities Administrator to join a creative and dynamic company based near Chalgrove. Reporting to the owner of the business and working closely with the Operations Manager, you will assist with both the Accounts and Facilities Functions, ensuring the office and transactional elements of the finances run smoothly. This role is ideal if you are looking for a position which is varied and allows you to gain experience in two pivotal business areas Accounts and Facilities Administrator Responsibilities As the Accounts and Facilities Administrator some of your duties will include: Generating purchase orders Processing invoices and expenses Liaising with external Accountants Managing office facilities Acting as the first point of contact for any issues or queries Accounts and Facilities Administrator Experience The Accounts and Facilities Administrator will have experience working within a busy office environment and will enjoy working in a small team. Ideally the Accounts and Facilities Administrator will have previous experience in a similar Finance role, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite packages. The facilities element of the role does not require previous experience however this would be an advantage. As the Accounts and Facilities Administrator, it is essential you are a team player and are engaged in your approach.
