Overview
IT Administrator £40k to £45k My client is a long-established niche trading and dealing firm based in the City of London. Reporting to the Head of IT based in Cyrus, the IT Administrator will provide a premium white glove IT service with special attention to detail to around 20 senior Exec’s & VIP’s. The job involves the provision of 1st and 2nd line support working with the day to day management of Microsoft Office 365 and end user support, Windows Hyper-V 2012 administration, Skype for Business support, support for Android and Apple iOS mobile devices, Mac OS client support. The ideal person will also be sensitive, an excellent communicator with lots of patience and be able to provide Cisco VOIP support, have some WordPress experience and be comfortable setting up Wi-fi, switches and printers / Scanners.
