Job Description As a General Manager you will be responsible for: All profit and loss accounts Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools Training & developing staff at all levels Premuim cocktail creations & costing Be commercially minded Liaising with the Head Chef on food quality and creations Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas Passionate about customer service Strong man management skills Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues Be able to deal with costs in line with sales Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises The Ideal candidate will be: Be able to work with teams of over 30 staff Must come from a high end premuim cocktail background with great food knowledge Must have strong financial understanding Be able to work in a high demanding environment Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members Good understanding about cocktails & creations and mush have food knowledge Must be flexible in working late nights Used to being in a customer service background Be proactive and being able to think on their feet Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority The ideal candidate will have great organisational skills along with the passion and commitment in driving excellent service to the clientele and a proven track record in the cocktail bar/food industry.
