We are currently working with Jubilee House to find a Outreach Support Worker to join their team. Casual dress What does the role of Outreach Support Worker involve? We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Outreach team to support a young man on a 1-1 basis. He needs someone to support him to take part in activities and seek out new opportunities in the community on a weekly basis. He is an energetic complex individual. His behaviour can sometimes be difficult therefore he needs an Outreach Support Worker to be able to understand him and respond to his needs pro-actively. We need someone who can keep him safe and well and be committed to supporting him on regular weekly sessions.
