Service Delivery Officer THE COMPANY Our client based in York are looking to recruit a part time Service Delivery Officer to join their driven and dedicated team on a fixed term contract. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Support the team with creating, maintaining and updating documentation - Create and maintain desk instructions for new processes - Work with project-specific teams to share information about each project and how it fits within the wider programme and the organisation - Assist with initial needs analysis through researching basic information such as demographics of locations, existing services, constitution of Clinical Commissioning Groups/Local Authority, community groups, external funding opportunities - Maintain project filing, recording and reporting systems - Arrange, coordinate and attend meetings including preparing agendas, room booking, setting up equipment, distributing meeting papers, taking minutes, noting actions/tasks and monitoring action completion - Liaise and co-ordinate delivery with external partners and with various project team members, as appropriate - Project delivery administration and processing purchase orders/invoices ready for authorisation - Support the team in producing timely and informative updates on programmes through provision of beneficiary information and digital analytics - Collate information to inform progress reports to funding organisations, partners, other departments and the senior team - Support the team to develop the monitoring and evaluation of projects so as to make sure that they meet the requirements of funders - Collect and collate information to enable project teams to report on progress and impact and complete any other project tasks as requested - Support the team to co-ordinate input into monitoring and financial reporting to key stakeholders, funders and delivery partners - Sharing relevant information with colleagues (through hard copy circulations and email) YOU MUST - Substantial administrative experience and proven organisational skills - Organising and coordinating activities - Customer/client-focussed delivery - Organising meetings, including preparation of agendas and minute-taking - Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collate and present information to others, including excellent analytical and numeracy skills - Effective administration skills, with the ability to organise own workload in order to meet tight deadlines - Competent user of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Able to handle pressure and work across a number of projects - Able to work independently and collaboratively using own initiative - Approachable, friendly, helpful, courteous, self-motivated and reliable - Flexible, adaptable and resilient to work demands and change - Understanding the needs of the internal or external customer and keeping them in mind when taking action or making decisions WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? £18,096 pro rata per annum Part time - 21 hours per week Fixed term contract until 31 May 2021 Charterhouse Recruitment (Yorkshire) Ltd is committed to a policy of equal opportunities in relation to job applications.
