Overview
Our client, an international leading firm, have an opportunity within their Pensions team in Glasgow for a qualified solicitor. Working in one of the most highly regarded pension teams in the UK, which are highly ranked on the Legal 500 and the Chambers, you can expect to receive an award winning benefits package and a lucrative salary. At this stage they are considering pension solicitors of all levels of PQE. The role will involve advising trustees and employers on all aspects of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. Also, advising on group pensions, master trusts, insurance products (including buy-in and buy-out arrangements), longevity products and other structures. Unlike many other pensions practices, our client also works on litigation, as this enables our client to efficiently brief their clients on any potentially contentious issues - providing a balanced approach to their advice.
