Location: Kittybrewster Depot Duration: Permanent Hours: Full Time, 37 hours Job Purpose: To assist the Contract Manager in organising and co-ordinating property maintenance work, through to completion, to agreed timescales and quality standards. To supervise, motivate and engage staff to ensure the best service possible to our customers. Ensure the best use of resources whether that is people, finances, environment, information or assets Requirements The post holder requires to hold: Trade Qualification to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent CSCS Card Current Full UK Driving Licence Responsibilities The post holder requires to demonstrate skills and experience in: Practical Knowledge of the Construction Industry Practical Knowledge of Health and Safety Requirements  The Individual Please see Job Profile for further details.
