HR Management Information Manager This is an amazing opportunity for a person with a HR Management Information background to work with one of the prestigious organisations at one of the London's prime locations The role will be working at the rate of £300 per day, on PAYE Umbrella company basis. The role is initially for a period of 1 year. Purpose of the job : To be responsible for providing all of the HR Management Information requirements and to manage HR-related Freedom of Information enquiries. To ensure that all HR Management Information (MI) needs are met accurately and on time, in compliance with statutory / regulatory requirements, corporate requirements, and with recognised best practice in the field of HR Management Information. To maximise the use of HR MI so that it feeds into corporate decisions, supports managers in determining their staffing requirements and service delivery objectives, and contributes to the overall strategic direction of the HR & OD service. Required Experience : Essential to have 1 years’ experience in Human Resources or a related field involving the management and analyses of large volumes of people data. Must have ability to extract, compile and analyse a wide range of HR data from the workforce, to present the information in the most informative and accurate way, and to work with IT colleagues to develop more effective ways of enabling key workforce data to be accessed by senior managers, e.g. by using Power BI.” Qualserv Consulting Ltd is acting as a Recruitment Consultancy/Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy and advert.
