Digital Marketing Manager Permanent Full-Time Up to £39K per annum The Fashion Retail Academy (Ofsted outstanding) is a unique, industry led academy. Founded by retail giants, we offer a range of exclusive Fashion courses with unparalleled industry involvement to ensure our students gain the skills and contacts needed to successfully progress to employment. Supported by and working closely with over 140 fashion brands from high street staples to digital giants and luxury brands, we offer a wide range of specialist fashion Diploma, Degree and Short courses, many of these exclusive to the FRA with start dates throughout the year. The FRA are undergoing a period of significant growth and change which will include the launch of multiple new deliveries, brand extensions and revenue generating business streams. As a result, we are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to play a crucial part in helping us achieve these ambitious growth targets for the Academy. Working within the Marketing and Sales team and liaising closely with the curriculum and registry teams, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence across multiple channels to increase awareness and conversion to the FRA’s programmes to support our growth targets. The Digital Marketing Manager will work within departmental marketing, sales and operational plans to maximise lead generation and ROI through online opportunities across multiple channels, including PPC, SEO, social and website optimisation, integrating with our CRM platform to manage and analyse campaigns. The successful candidate will have a demonstrative proven track record of delivering outstanding digital campaigns with a sales orientated outcome. You will have an understanding of the fashion industry and the courses we offer to generate relevant, engaging content and campaigns alongside experience of CRM platforms (ideally MS Dynamics). You must have knowledge of reporting and scheduling tools such as Google analytics, Buffer, PowerBI, Hubspot, Semrush as well as social media management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of project management and be an excellent communicator with previous experience managing small teams.
