Overview
We're hiring a Client Services Director for an Enterprise Software business who have been growing Internationally and evolving their portfolio of software products and supporting services. The role of Client Services Director / Senior Account Director / Customer Success Director will lead the Professional Services team and bring experience in the management of PPP / PFI contracts. There's lots to take charge of but you'll inherit an established team and partner with the COO / CEO to lead the forward success of client partnerships as the business continues to optimise its software & service proposition. Within the role of Client Services Director / Senior Account Director / Customer Success Director you'll be responsible for: Overseeing the management of the Professional Services and PPP Support team so that priorities are managed, cost effective solutions developed and deployed. Motivate, train and mentor team members to ensure everyone is working to the best of their ability. Ultimate responsibility for the management of the client experience and exceeding customer satisfaction Implementation, project management and delivery design for PFI/FM projects Identification of new revenue opportunities with clients (e.g. additional functionality) Partner with the Sales team to support Bids, Tenders, Demos, Quotations & Proposals Implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion Within the role of Client Services Director / Senior Account Director / Customer Success Director we're looking for much of the following: Experience in deploying and supporting Workplace Management Systems / similar IT applications on a Windows based platform PPP / PFI contracts experience Excellent team management, time management organisational, communication and presentation skills Process driven with strong project implementation and management skills Good client facing skills, in addition to good telephone manner and faultless written / documentation skills in English A mature manner and committed approach to collective success We'd be pleased to hear from you if this sounds like your next move contact at Intelligent People a specialist recruitment agency hiring Client Service Director PPP roles.
