Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Covering North Wales Area LL19 Contract: Permanent - Full time Salary: £27,000 commission OTE £40K Contract Type: Manufacturing Job Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Area Sales Manager for our well-established Manufacturing client. As this is a field based role, a company car and mobile phone and laptop will be provided. As the Area Sales Manager your duties will be to: - Effectively plan customer visits to ensure full coverage of the area. - Update management information and sales database information, including submission of weekly reports. - Build and maintain customer relationships and high service levels. - Promote sales and after sales service, production checks and credit control activities. - Attend public, trade, dealership and park shows and assist in the supervision of build and breakdown activities. - Support and follow up on potential online, e-mail and telephone customer & retail enquiries. - Attend and participate Sales and Marketing meetings at the Wigan Head Office. To be a successful Area Sales Manager you will have the following skills and experience: - Must have a solid proven track record in Business Development. - Ideally have product knowledge with mobile accommodation. - Excellent organisational skills. - Proficient with planning/scheduling own workload. - Professional manner at all times. - Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel. In return you will receive a basic salary of £27,000 commissions OTE £40K. Your core working hours would be Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00hrs, however some weekend working would be required to attend trade shows, therefore flexibility would be required. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have a full clean UK driving licence.
