Overview
Otlo is an IT consultancy and managed service provider based in West Malling, Kent. We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and motivated candidate to join our Delivery Team. Our rapidly expanding company offers opportunities for career progression, training and the chance to shape the future of the company’s managed services division. As part of our Technical Services Team, the ideal candidate will have the competence to manage their own workload and projects across multiple clients as well as dealing with third party organisations and internal teams to ensure defined service levels are met and that our clients benefit from high quality services. Requirements: · Endpoint Operating Systems (especially Microsoft) · Core networking principles (switches, routers, wireless access points, Internet) · Infrastructure security devices (firewalls, proxies, IDS/IPS) · Anti-Virus management, deployment and remediation · Mobile device management (MDM)t, including onboarding, lockdown, app deployment · Vulnerability management, including analysis · Core infrastructure services (AD, DNS) · Support of enterprise level services (especially VPN) · Open Source Security tools Desirable: · Cyber Essentials/Cyber Essentials Plus awareness · CompTIA Security certifications (or willingness to achieve) Personal Attributes: · Must display a high level of organisational skill whilst under pressure · Must be assertive and confident when dealing with people, both internally and externally · Must have excellent customer-facing skills and enjoy telephone interaction · Must have high attention to detail and be able to follow a published procedure consistently or making recommendations where appropriate · Demonstrate an ability to multi-task As well as a competitive salary, Otlo also have a great benefits package to offer, which includes: · Generous holiday per year · Life assurance · Enhanced Pension scheme · Discretionary company bonus · Free parking and refreshments Due to the location of our customer sites, use of own car for travel is an essential part of this role.
