Summary: My client a Market Leading Network Specialist based in West Malling is currently seeking a Cyber Security Specialist - Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join their cyber security team. Responsible for utilising and providing expert knowledge in the area of detective and responsive security controls in security operation centre environments. Responsibilities: Lead a team of analysts in a proactive threat detection, tuning SIEM alerts and other detection tools and processes, correlating events with threat intelligence Provide reports recommending remedial actions to defend against threats and weaknesses in monitored system among other tasks Cyber Intelligence Specialist will provide security related recommendations to the SME's as threat events unfold Skills: Cyber Security Specialist with a broad understanding and experience in all areas of Cyber security Understanding of the MITE ATT&CK Framework Experience in one or more of the following SIEM Tools (QRadar and/or Log Rhythm), OWASP, Cloud, Firewalls Good understanding of ITIL processes If you are an experienced Cyber Security Specialist - Senior Cyber Security Specialist I would be very interested in hearing from you.
