About the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365) Solution Architect Role: An expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing solutions that meet clients' functional requirements whilst ensuring best practice is maintained throughout the full implementation life-cycle. As an increasing number of clients move to an online model, the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (365) Architect will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of ground-breaking Dynamics 365 implementations and Cloud integrations. An excellent and results-orientated communicator with people at all levels of business, the post holder will act as an intermediary between clients and developers to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications.
