Petplan continues to enjoy record breaking growth year on year, underpinned by our vision that every pet deserves Petplan This role is to join a passionate team managing the successful delivery of Petplan's CRM campaign and insight strategy, working with agencies to manage the campaign lifecycle process, deliver customer insight and reporting to shape strategic decisions Our team focuses on delivering highly personalised CRM campaigns, analysis and reporting which constantly refines the customer targeting approach, providing our stakeholders with the recommendations to compete in the market place by differentiating Petplan as a distinguished provider with the customer at the heart of all activites. Our team focused on delivering specialised, scalable CRM capabilities across Petplan in order to drive customer acquisition, customer retention and play a pivotal role in developing customer relationships through a programme of continuous improvement for our data driven consumer marketing campaigns Contributing to the successful delivery of the CRM campaign management and insight strategy Liaising with marketing teams / agencies to specify, test and sign off the delivery of creating new / optimising existing CRM campaigns Development of campaign success KPI reports to constantly monitor delivery progress and resolving any issues Implementing and monitoring the impact of split testing and offer testing Delivering CRM performance reports and insight, including the ability to build propensity models and customer segmentation Implementing campaign & insight best practise processes Investigating and resolving any issues throughout the campaign process, including resolving issues with third parties and other departments including IT and external agencies Investigating customer queries relating to CRM campaign targeting using our insight tool Apteco Fast Stats Skills and Experience: To be a success in this role, you sill have previous experience in customer insight, segmentation and modelling as well as the following: Comprehensive knowledge of data structures and data formats Have direct experience of driving B2C data driven consumer marketing campaign programs Have experience of creating campaign report dashboards to monitor and evaluate success Experience of multi-channel CRM targeting campaigns Have a good understanding of relational databases and the data driven CRM campaign process Be highly proficient in MS Office including Excel Desired experience using any of the following: Apteco Fast Stats, SQL, Access, Alterian, Business Objects or Adobe Campaign Strong team player Excellent understanding of CRM relational databases - knowledge of Apteco Fast Stats Numerate and analytical Determined and enthusiastic with excellent customer focus Keen to make recommendations Excellent stakeholder management skills This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89902486
