Planning & Systems Manager Greater Manchester £42,500 Benefits Role Profile Our client, who is a market leading Logistics business based in Greater Manchester are recruiting for a Planning & Systems Manager for their growing operation. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will b required to own and lead the planning, stock control, quality, returns and systems functions as well as overseeing a team of Team Leaders. Key Responsibilities Delivering an overall operational plan for labour and volume Balancing service delivery with cost to serve as part of the senior team Key decision maker in deciding volume split and stock holding between both organisational plants Leading, developing and motivating the team to achieve productivity goals Lead project & system upgrades for the site Key Skills Strong systems background working within DC/ Warehouse environments Background working within fast-paced, large scale operations with significant headcount and volumes is essential Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills Effective communicator, comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels Remuneration £42,500 Benefits About Cast UK Cast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
