Job Description
What you will do We supply and maintain Fire Suppression equipment including Sprinkler systems, Extinguishers and Fire Doors to clients all around the world. The Service Coordinator / Planner is responsible for dispatching and scheduling work orders as well as all associated administrative duties for our clients across the UK. How you will do it Your responsibilities as the Service Coordinator / Planner include scheduling planned maintenance of our products on site, dispatching reactive calls, new contract setup/renewal/cancellations, invoicing, purchase order management and ownership of customer communication. What we look for Essential * Excellent Customer Service and organisational skills * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Able to establish priorities * Able to work both independently and as part of a team to agreed processes, targets and timelines * Able to work under pressure * Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft office packages * Excellent listening skills with the ability to analyse and problem solve Preferred * Experienced in using servicemax / salesforce * Fire industry knowledge * Proven experience within a Customer Service, Administrative or Order Processing role
