CYBER SECURITY REC EXPERIENCE - TEAM LEADER WANTED £40k basic uncappeed commission team override. OTE £120k Cyber Security is arguably one of the fastest growing markets in the Tech space, and so, recruitment companies in that area are looking to grow and expand and need the very best talent in the market to do so. That’s where you come in I have been tasked by a client of mine to find candidates with 2 years Cyber Security recruitment experience looking for a Team Lead or Manager role. They want those who have a desire to manage, whether that be to inherit one of their existing teams (currently at 5 and 7) as well as the ability to grow others from scratch should that be something you want to do. You will earn off the team with a team override % of between 3-5% depending on the team’s performance. A little bit about the company With a turnover of £18M and NFI of £4.7M, the company are currently 55 people big with plans to increase by 20% this year. They adopt a mature, autonomous approach to recruiting where there isn’t a need for 'presenteeism’; you will be in the office for as long or short as you need to be They are 60% perm, 40% contract and want to add people to both teams. You are repaid for your hard work with a comfortable basic salary with a no-threshold commission structure that rises up to 30% with a 40% kicker for top billers.
