Overview
I am working with a Ministerial Department to find their next HR Business Partner to lead on all aspects of HR of the London office Client Details My client is a unique Ministerial Government with a small team based in Central London with remote offices Description The key responsibilities will include: Partnering with senior stakeholders in the Department Analysis of MI data and regular reporting Line management for 3 remote workers Working with the Head of HR and other stakeholders to develop and deliver the strategy in line with the Department's values Profile Be immediately available or have a short notice period Must have active SC clearance - candidates with active CTC clearance please get in touch Have experience working in the Civil Service or other Public Sector organisations Existing CIPD at a minimum of Level 5 Have previous experience as a HR Business Partner or be able to demonstrate relevant experience Have strong communication skills and be able to engage with remote working colleagues Job Offer Flexible working Civil Service benefits
