We work together with the global markets and territory marketing leaders to deliver the go-to-market priorities that are aligned to Platforms, and enable sales and marketing excellence across the network.About the roleThe Marketing and Sales Centre of Expertise is a global team, accountable for leveraging best practices from mature territories and creating and sharing baseline practices to enable marketing and sales excellence and consistent quality standards across the PwC network. As the Marketing and Sales Enablement Senior Associate, this position is responsible for supporting the strategy, development, alignment and execution of baseline marketing and sales practices to enable territory marketing and sales teams. This includes strong relationship management and collaboration skills, and the ability to drive consensus and collaboration across multiple channels, organizations and leaders.ResponsibilitiesThis is a global team, accountable for leveraging best practices from mature territories & creating & sharing baseline practices to enable excellence & consistent quality standards. Responsible for supporting the strategy, development, alignment & execution of baseline marketing & sales practices to enable territory marketing & sales teams.Required Skills (To be updated for non-US posting only) Demonstrating industry leader level abilities with and/or proven record of success in Preferred Knowledge/SkillsDemonstrates a thorough level of abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas Understanding how professional service firms go to market and a broad knowledge of the products and services PwC provide to our clients; Understanding how the business influences driving of marketing and sales best practices with long-term impact to the firm; Executing a Marketing and Sales Excellence Strategy to enable consistent quality standards across territory marketing and sales teams; Supporting the development, alignment and execution of marketing and sales baseline practices in line with a Marketing and Sales Excellence Strategy; Applying judgment to see long term impact of issues/ ideas as they relate to strategic initiatives and objectives; Possessing the ability to drive consensus & collaboration across multiple channels, organizations & leaders; Creating/conveying a value proposition (oral or written) including ability to identify the issue (prepare and listen), share insight, validate, co-develop a solution, and move to next steps; Supporting the development and implementation of new innovative and baseline marketing and sales tools, practices, and training to enable marketing and sales teams across core functional capabilities and drive a connection between marketing and sales; Executing and distributing communications, messaging, tracking and reporting associated with marketing and sales excellence; Compiling knowledge of the marketing and sales cycle in day-to-day operations, as well as advising territories; Demonstrating project management skills and effectively prioritizing/managing time to handle multiple projects simultaneously; Using written and verbal communication skills, including problem/conflict resolution skills; Building and managing relationships across a global network, including managing a matrixed organization; Understanding high level of client services, modeled through ability to develop work approach, project plans and communications to meet/exceed client requirements and ensure maximum impact/outcomes; Managing budgets, and collecting and analyzing data to communicate ROI/impact; Demonstrating experience with Microsoft and Google applications Understanding across marketing and sales capabilities, including sales, marketing, brand, strategic marketing, integrated content and digital marketing, in a B2B context Demonstrating expertise in modern marketing including marketing automation principles and content marketing; Working with CRM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud preferable); Understanding the Salesforce platform and how it is used to drive leading sales and marketing practice across a global network; and, Leveraging expertise in the areas of management and technical development to improve upon current processes and tools.
