Overview
A boutique property developer is looking for an experienced marketing manager with a residential development background. Working as part of a growing sales and marketing team, the marketing manager will look after a portfolio of developments and carry out the following duties: - working with the Head of Marketing to put together annual marketing plans and events calendars for each development - brand development - delivering marketing campaigns (both offline and online) - creating marketing collateral such as brochures, hoarding and other promotional items - developing the sales and marketing suites -managing external creative agencies -managing marketing budgets - organising pre-sales launch events - briefing sales teams - reporting on marketing ROI Candidates must come from a residential development background and have experience in both strategy and delivery.
