Overview
IT Service Desk Team Leader - Night Shift An IT Service Desk Team Leader is required for a 12 month contract role based out of Central Milton Keynes. This role covers the APAC region of the business user community and is night shift role running from Sunday to Thursday (10pm-7am core hours). The role leads a large team of Service Desk Analyst and will be a fast-paced environment. Suitable candidates will need the following experience and skills: Previous experience in a similar service desk leadership or service desk management role Experience in managing, delegating and prioritising in a fast-paced environment A strong knowledge of service desk management frameworks such as ITIL A good understanding of a broad range of hardware and software technology Demonstrable skills and experience as an effective line manager or team leader Willing and able to work in a night shift pattern where 10pm-7am are the core hours Able to get to central Milton Keynes CB Resourcing operates as both an employment agency and an employment business.
