Overview
Infrastructure Team Lead - City of London Overview: An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading investment bank (150,000 employees over 50 countries worldwide) for an Infrastructure Team Leader to manage and develop a team of 12 Infrastructure Engineers which develop compelling Infrastructure solutions for business & technology projects. Role & Responsibilities: ·Prioritise and manage ongoing projects ·Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. ·Maintain hardware/software environment and monitoring equipment. ·Assist in the recruitment/training process in the systems team. ·Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures. ·Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning. Essential Skills & Experience: ·Strong leadership skills within a global technical environment ·Strong technical background covering MS Server, Exchange and Active Directory Desirable: ·Experience managing offshore infrastructure support teams Package: ·Circa £75k basic salary ·Annual bonus (10-15%) ·12.5% of salary flexible benefits - pension / training / private medical/ etc. · other extensive banking benefits Infrastructure Solutions Architect - City of London
