Business Analyst - Bristol - Up to £50,000 Bonus & Benefits A cutting-edge organisation based in Central Bristol are currently searching for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic and collaborative team based and help create and deliver their overall vision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to progress in a fast-paced and busy environment for a well-renowned business with long term progression opportunities. The Role As the Business Analyst, you will be part of a talented scrum team working on biweekly sprint cycles. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are in line with acceptance criteria and enabling the team to commit to them as part of the sprint planning sessions. You'll be required to gain in-depth understandings of business requirements and then provide a strategic business analysis service, articulating the requirements appropriately. Working within an Agile environment, you'll also support other teams in making timely decisions, assisting Project Managers on more complex issues related to operational business functions. About You The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong previous experience of businesses analysis on medium and large-scale projects. You'll have knowledge of Agile methodologies with the ability to follow internal standards within a scrum delivery team. As the Business Analyst, you will be able to come in a hit the ground running, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and showing a proactive approach to work. You'll be able to build and maintain long-lasting relationships, showing versatility and the ability to comfortably adapt to changing circumstances.
