Overview

Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for the Asset Management of a number of prime Central London assets. Seek to optimise asset value and lead on proactive engagement relative to lease events Lead on the interface with the Legal and Leasing teams for their assets Provide Asset Management input into Quarterly Board Reporting, Business Planning and Bank Reporting Contribute and interface with JV partners Lead on Asset Management recommendations for Capex expenditure and Leasing matters, relative to their assets Lead interface with key tenants on their assets Liaise with key local stakeholders relative to the assets Interface with Investment Management and Finance as required on lending matters across those assets Ensure all the necessary insurances are in place for the assets Ensure Landlord & Tenant Act compliance and interface with legal as required Provide Asset Management input into Quarterly Valuations; Investment Management lead on Quarterly Valuations and Reporting Provide support and input on Finance matters - including Audit and Compliance Oversight and interface with the Property Managing Agent Interface and provide input and approvals for Tenant Fit-out as required Lead on value enhancing projects and interface internally and any appointed Project Teams to deliver CapEx projects Interact with local leasing and investment agents, as necessary, to support above role and to feed in to reporting Experience required: Degree educated MRICS qualified, with at around 3-8 years post qualification experience Strong preference for client-side experience over Consultancy Entrepreneurial in mindset, bright, able, highly motivated, strong academics Commercial acumen, personable, client facing and so need to be good at dealing with 3rd parties/tenants Very hands-on role - leasing, capex intensive, val's, enhancing projects, implementing the business plans, reviewing the financial models Must have Central London commercial assets experience Those with refurbishment experience of high-rise assets would be at an advantage Accurate and timely reporting Highly IT literate Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with ARGUS Enterprise
