Resident Liaison Officer / Assistant Site manager RLO/Assistant SM - Private mixed use Scheme - SE London - Upto £ 25k dependant on experience Your new company An established and steadily growing Main contractor working across the Greater London (South) area now seek an RLO/Assistant SM to work on a Large Commercial scheme in South London. The new project is a £20 Mill part new build part refurbishment project creating new office space, Many of the buildings will be occupied with commercial tenants as the build progresses hence the need for a site based RLO to ensure the smooth running of the scheme Your new role You will work as part of the management team overseeing a number of functions, Primarily you will be keeping all commercial tenants aware of site progress and potential disturbances but you will also be responsible for collating site information on Qualifications of staff as well as the Section 109 monthly audits. Over the course of the project the role is expected to develop into more of an assistant site manager role with duties tailored to the individuals experience. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience as an RLO is essential, Assistant site manager experience highly desirable .
