High end hotel and residential specialist M&E consultancy looking for Mechanical Design Engineer in Surrey Your new company Your new company is a well respected and known M&E consultancy who specialise in Building Services, specifically High end Hotel and Residential work within London. Your company has their employee's on the forefront of their employment and therefore promote a healthy working life style with team lunches and events. Your new company is looking for an Intermediate/Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their engineering team of 12 (Split M and E) to run their own projects, but simultaneously working with the rest of the team on large scale units (Up to 360). Your new role Your new role will find you working independently as well as within the team to run and complete the projects on the books. These will primarily be High end Hotel work and high end residential units primarily located in Central London. The projects that you will be working on can vary from 1 bedroom flats all the way up to 360 unit blocks and ranging in value of up to £50m. What you'll need to succeed to succeed, you will need to have experience working within an MEP consultancy preferably within the sectors highlighted, although this isn't essential as my client will consider candidates from a different background of building services. You will need to hold a degree within mechanical engineering (Preferably Building Services), although if not the case, at least hold experience within a Building Services Consultancy.
