JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with an award-winning company based in Leeds as they look to recruit a Sales Office Manager. This opportunity is working for a manufacturing business, who pride themselves on recyclable products and reducing their carbon footprint. You would be joining a company who are going through a continuous period of growth facing very exciting times ahead. The role of Sales Office Manager would be to take responsibility for managing the day to day smooth running of the Sales Office by leading the team who process all orders and provide support to customers. Due to the planned growth within the business this role would best suit someone with the determination to learn & develop. The successful candidate will have a background within management and be willing to take on a fast-paced varied role. Key duties will include: ? Ensure all orders are processed within SLA and that the correct customer service level is provided on all calls. Deal with all escalated customer queries. Ensure the team is customer focused, getting to know the regular retailers and their requirements. Carrying out monthly 1-1 with team and following up HR issues Provide cross training for the sales team to assist with customer service. Provide management information to Directors as required. Preparation of Monthly Board Report in a timely manner. Work closely with Customer Services Manager ensuring both teams work together and share work at quiet and busy times. Identify and drive improvements to technology to improve processes Dealing with ad-hoc requests from Director and other Key Managers as required Product and System Training will be provided, however experience within a managerial role is essential so someone can pick up the duties and responsibilities with ease.
