Our client is looking for a Credit Controller to join their Accountancy team in Virginia Water Client Details Our client, a well known & growing business in Virginia Water is looking for a Credit Controller to join their Accountancy team Description Credit Controller - Virginia Water Maintain debtors ledger Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of accounts Effectively and efficiently run the monthly account statements Manage debt collection Maintain and update our debenture spreadsheet Actively resolve member account enquiries, ensuring an effective and efficient service is provided Complete monthly Direct Debit collections, ensuring all relevant communication is made and necessary responses are followed up Actively resolve any department issues involving Debt which will involve you working closely with the other departments to ensure a solution is reached Monitor the membership inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to in a timely manner Complete monthly reviews of outstanding debt with the Deputy Finance Director Reallocation and reconciliation of payments and transfers Profile A successful candidate will be available on short notice & have experience with the above Job Offer Salary £25,000 - £28,000
